Our choices come from the thoughts we have -'What we think about we bring about'. To change what we are we need to do something different. 
 
 
Einstein said: 'Insanity is doing the same things day in and day out and expecting to get different results.
 
 
 
 
 
Those with a passion and great vision fly because they know exactly where they are going. They are focused and they spend their time and energy working towards those goals. 
 
But what about the rest of us that don't know what we want, how much money we would like to have or what we would like to do with the rest of our lives, given different choices.  How do we stir our passions to motivate us into action?
 
It all stems back to our childhood and the deep set norms that we grew into.  As a child, you probably would dream about what you wanted to be when you grew up.  You may have had a vision of your career and wealth and the dream home you would live in.  Are you now living what you dreamed about being as a child? 
 
If not are you in a JOB or Business you love? 
 
Gill Fielding said: 'The definition of JOB is just over broke'. If you don't love your job, is the dream of your youth something you still have a passion for and if so what has held you back from getting what you want?
 
There are many excuses, and that is what they are - make no mistake on that one - and the two most common are lack of money and lack of time.

A common term for excuses is known as limiting beliefs.  Beliefs that we have brought with us from our childhood to now and which have shaped the way we see things and the way we do things, the way we have always done things and likely our parents did them that way also. 
 
Many of us have said I am not going to be like my mother or my father only to find we have become them as we got older.  This is a pattern and we get good patterns from our parents and sometimes not so good patterns.
 
Once we understand what those patterns of limiting beliefs are, we have the key how to choose to make different choices
